Your question is so wrong that I don't know where to start.

The Epiphany does not have a network interface.
Every modern browser on earth can do 16 HTTP requests in parallel.
You do not need 16 cores to do 16 things (more-or-less) simultaneously.

If you're that easily offended, then I should probably keep from answering any further. Sorry.

This is an unusual question. But my colleague was running a web server on the Epiphany cores. The root code can execute on the core, although there must be some host interaction. Sebraa is correct in thinking that this is unusual or impractical, but it is possible if you are willing to bend the definition for "running on the Epiphany cores".
