power the fan over usb hub

At the moment I am to much afraid of powering my usb hub so I am using it passively. I am using a keyboard (100 mA), a mouse (100 mA) and a 5V-fan (140 mA) with the hub. Is this ok for the micro-usb-port of the parallella ?
