Ruby language support

Hello all,

I recently read about parallela and the language support. I read about Python and this is quite cool. But here is a "whish" or feature-request: If you support Python, why not also supporting Ruby? Ruby is a great allrounder-language. For me, I`m fine with the c/c++ toolchain, but having Ruby onboard would be the best! =)

Hi Oli,

The more languages the better. The great thing about an open system is that anyone can implement it.

Perhaps we could start a Ruby thread, alongside the other languages. Any experts out there feel up to making an implementation?

thanx for the reply. Sure about the open system. But this only will be made if there is demand for it.

Starting a ruby thread would be great. Perhaps some more interest is out there.
