To make it easier for the community to build up a better toolset for the development. would you plan to release the source code for the libs/tools/utilities?

And a SDK software public repo would be nice.

We are working on a setting up a public repository on github that pulls all the current SDK packages together. The goal is to have the framework up and running by Dec 31st.

Really cool that now we have forum to discuss Parallella project

I don't know how where to ask, so I will make it here.

Will Parallella board have some special ASM instructions or will SDK provide some looooow-level API for programming?

I am not that professional in hardware but it would be really nice to see how Parallella differs from x86 dual-core programming for programmers view.
