"Adapteva" github organization name change

We have changed our github organization name from "Adapteva" to "adapteva". There may be some hickups as we work through the name migration. Better to do it now than to have 1000's of new github users wasting precious minutes (or hours) figuring out why they are getting weird error messages regarding missing repositories because they used capital A.
