What is the max supported SD-card size? Does the parallella work together with cards of 64gb and 128-gb?

From my limited understanding of SDXC (>32GB) they won't work as the on-the-wire protocol has different commands.

All the ARM boards I've ever used only boot from SD (<=2GB) or SDHC (<=32GB) cards, and some times the odd board/SD card combination doesn't work.

I have just run 64GB Kingston SDXC on latest Parallella board.
