Power numbers for Epiphany III

I need a good reference for power for a publication on the Epiphany III on the Parallella.
In the figure on page 26 of the and attached below, it seems to indicate that the chip, operating at 600 MHz (Parallella's Epiphany clock, right?) and ~0.86 volts has a power consumption of ~680 mW. Could someone who knows confirm this power number and/or provide the raw data? After all, one of the major selling points of the architecture is the high energy efficiency in terms of flops/watt.
Also, regarding the datasheet, the figure would be better if the axes were labelled.
