MEMCONFIG and MEMRESERVE?

These exist in CGEN: https://github.com/adapteva/epiphany-cg ... y.cpu#L627

They aren't documented, however. What are they for?

MEMCONFIG is a test register for the local SRAM (ignore, has not logical effect)
MEMRESERVE (??? no idea should probably be removed :D )
