I've used code tags.

USB has stopped working, and there is an intermittent supply fault causing the board to reboot when it is touched or moved.

Definitely the right size barrel connector on the PSU? I experienced similar issues when I used one where the inside diameter was ever so slightly too large.

Yes, 5.5 mm/2.1 mm. I've tried two supplies in case the cable or the connector was faulty. They work OK with other boards, such as the BBB.
