sure, I'll be happy if this can get fixed that way :-)

Somehow shipping it back from Germany and having trouble with custom office, and having to pay taxes again doesn't make me happy :-(

I changed now to the headless bitstream and ran it now about 60 times without any error...
At least I'm happy so :-)

That is really good news! Looks like the issue on your board was solved by a new reset circuit implementation in the FPGA. The new FPGA bit stream includes a fix to the reset "errata item" found in E16G301 datasheet.

I'm having the matmul failing most of the time issue. I tried running epiphany-examples/archive/e-test, I had to copy test/common/src/test_common.c for the definition of e_write_ack to get it to compile, and it says BAD: CHIP FAILED!!!! all the time. This test looks old and unmaintained. Is there a more recent version of this I should run?
