Posted: Thu Jun 12, 2014 3:18 pmCheck you have the correct files copied to the BOOT sector of the SD card. This looks like the board is alive, but not booting. HDMI and Ethernet will only work after boot.

and tried again after reading your post. No changes.

BTW - like your fan picture
I'm using the same longer stand-offs but I will need to have the 80cm fan at 90 degrees ** to cool a stacked pair of boards.
