Parallella Community

I have tried to create an image using the http://www.parallella.org/create-sdcard/
Every time I try ( which I am on my 4th or 5th time, inclucding re-downloading incace I had a corrupt image ) I get a kernel panic mccblk0p2 not found can not mount root ext...., here is a screen shot

The board I have is "1x Parallella-16 Desktop Computer - Parallella-16 with GPIO and Zynq Z7010"

For FBGA Flavor I chose "Zynq 7010 version with HDMI display"
For parrallela kernel I chose "Linux kernel with HDMI support"
Here is the directory listing of my BOOT partition of the hard drive

I also tried the ubuntu-lxde-14.03.06-p16g1.img and I get nothing from the hdmi output and it never shows up on the network

Any help would be greatly appriciated, I have a 16gb micro sd card ( That came with my beaglebone )

This morning I did a fresh download and tried again, Same results, Just the kernel panic page
md5sum of ubuntu image
b7fec8796d1619d7684889d3bf90fbb2 ubuntu-14.04-140611.img

this was imaged using dd if=ubuntu-14.04-140611.img of=/dev/sdc bs=64k
I also re-downloaded the files for my BOOT partition, Here are there md5sums

Also just to check if the images are imaged correctly here is an md5sum of the partitions ( I am not sure if this helps )

More info I ran the md5sum -C md5sum.txt that is at the root of the drive, The one's that failed also fail on the image when I have it mounted as a loopback device
( mount -o loop,offset=$((512 * 264192)) ./ubuntu-14.04-140611.img ../../rootfs/ )

Ignore that md5sum.txt. It's a garbage file.

Does anyone have any idea's as to what could be causing it? or is anyone else having issue's with the same image and set up?

Issue is resolved, I had a bad sd card
