you should see a temp drop with a fan. If not then then the sink may not be contacting efficiently. Its an issue for me atm as transferring to a low pressure fan-less sink i noticed my Epiphany-III is much lower than the Zynq'

I do see a temp drop with the fan, as it says above down to 57C.
