Only 1 LED lights at boot, no Ethernet

My Parallella has booted up fine before, and I have made sure everything works. I went away for a couple of days, and after pluggingit in to the same 5v power supply, only 1 LED lights up - the one nearest the USB on the SD card side. Any help or diagnosis would be greatly appreciated.
