BUG : matmul-16 does not complete

I couldn't find a better place to track bugs. Maybe a separate forum would be good (bugzilla or something like that would be even better).

When running run4ever.sh in ~/epiphany-examples/apps/matmul-16 occasionally the test.sh script never returns. When looping run.sh forever it gets stuck after printing:

GO Epiphany! ... Writing the GO!...

I couldn't find a place where to track bugs. From what I could find it may be related to the following issue:

viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1666&hilit=matmul

It would be useful to get this fixed in the distribution so that code based on the examples does not suffer similar issues.

This should work with the latest Ubuntu images:

What board?
Which ESDK version?
Which Linux image?

board: kickstarter 7020 w/ connectors (SKU : A101040).

linux image: latest HDMI from website (md5sum of .img = b7fec8796d1619d7684889d3bf90fbb2).

ESDK: whatever came with the above linux image.
