Thanks for your reply. Do you know a good place to find the fsbl source ? I tried generating bit stream from parallella hdl sources on Vivaldo and exported to generate fsbl, but i am encountering significant number of errors there. On the other hand I found following sources https://github.com/Xilinx/embeddedsw/tr ... q_fsbl/src. I can see that "main.c#FsblFallback" handles some reset but i am not sure whether it does a processor reset (ie:- processor 0 or 1 reset on zynq 7000) because none of it seems to deal with SLCR ?

To get a working FSBL:
From SDK go to File - New - Application Project then enter a Project name - click Next and select Zynq FSBL

You can then build it and step through it. That's how I could easily locate the relevant parts in order to start my ARM code without relying on JTAG.
