First time to power on parallella
Posted: Fri Jan 29, 2016 12:16 pmI have created a SD card with the Linaro image and inserted it into the slot. I don't have the mini HDMI cable and also I don't have a keyboard and mouse with a mini USB connector!
Instead I want to use a regular network cable and put on side into the RJ45 of my laptop and the other side to the parallella board. Here are the questions:
1- Is it ok to use a regular network cable? I remember in the past we have to use a cross cable in order to connect two computers (here parallella and my laptop) directly.
2- When Linaro first boots up, what is the default IP address in order to ssh it?
3- Should my windows 10 (the laptop) be configured to assign an IP address to the Linaro?
