Zynq 7020 loaded, Epiphany doesnt work.

Hello dear community. In December I ordered Parallella board (embedded with Zynq 7020) that I wanted for a long time to buy, but they were not available. Yesterday decided to start working with him. But I was very disappointed, because I can't run any one apps example on Epiphany.
I collected all logs, dmesg, output from the console. I tried to boot from different sd cards. And I use Image with supporting HDMi and without.
I will be very glad if you advise me what can be done. I'd really like to get my parallella worked.

Sorry to hear that your board is not working.

What is the rating on your power supply?
Do you have a different power supply you can test with?

Does it work if you try this?

Hello Ola,

thank you for your response.

At first i ran parallella with two different power supplies.
1. Portable 5V with 2.4A current output
2. Delta Elektronika SM 70-AR-24 (Output current max 24A)
Also always with heatsink and chip temperature was under 40°C = 104°F.
Make separate test with power cable from my BeagleBone board and microUSB.

Tried 3 latest images with 4 SD Card. (Wrote Images on Linux (Ubuntu 16.04), Windows 8.1, Mac OSX)

I study electronics and work at Technical University of Berlin and would like to use parallella for measurement analysis.
Already spent a week in an attempt to start the Epiphany using a variety of combinations. (Images,SD cards and power supplies) without success.
Also i have good experience with RedPitaya (Zynq 7010), it was also a kikstater project, without any problems.
If you have any ideas that might help. Write to me, I'll be very happy.

Sorry about that. It does look like you may have a defective board. Please return (RMA) it to the place of purchase so that we can have it looked at. We can then ship you a new board or offer a refund.
