Using Zynq Programmable Logic and Xilinx tools to create custom board configurations

Probably these are expert questions, but hey, there are more than a few experienced electronicists around here which might be able to chime in.

First, I've had a look at this:

http://www.xilinx.com/ipcenter/axi4_ip.htm

http://www.xilinx.com/products/intellec ... ty/FFT.htm

and wondered if these IPs are free with the Ise 14.7 as well ? And if so, did anyone work with these Xilinx IPs ? I have in the past instantiated a fft block with the schematic editor(!) which can work, but I wondered how for instance certain Parallella system blocks might have bee derived from these.

Alright, question two: how easy is it to capture some data going in and out to the Epiphany processors inside the FPGA, i.e. I'd want to make some memory locations readable and writable, say with the same interfacing as used to access the Epiphany, and the same software access, but now those memory locations read and write to FPGA fabric, using the same AXI interfaces, kust adding a little selector and tiny address decoding logic to the FPGA. Anyone have suggestions ?
