How do I get my Parallella board as a backer?

I backed Parallella on kickstarter about a year ago. I paid $99 to get two of the boards shipped to me. I never got these boards, and never heard from Parallella or Adapteva again about this. I have a receipt for the payment. I did get an email about a year ago from kickstarter saying Parallella needed more information from me to ship the goods, and I gave this information online. When I go back to that email and click the link to manage find out some more information, I just get redirected to the old kickstarter page for the Parallella.

What can I do in this situation? There seems no way to track the status of my order on kickstarts, on Paralella, and I'm very upset that I never got the items I was promised!

You should have been getting the kickstarter updates. We are currently slated to receive our Gen1 boards by the end of this month and prototype and Gen0 boards have already been in backers' hands for a while now. Btw, a pair of E16 boards would have cost $199, not $99.
