Ironically the CDC6600 and Epiphany-III have at least one thing that's similar - memory size (128K x 60 bit words = 7680Kbit vs 16 x 32K x 8-bit = 4096Kbit).

The implication is that late-60s programming techniques (making extensive use of secondary storage) may be more appropriate for Epiphany-centric application than modern styles of programming where one can usually suck everything into RAM and work on it there.
