Just received my backer-boards

I just received my backer-boards and was wondering if there should have been an invoice somewhere? In the box were a pick pack slip, a thank-you note (you guys rock btw!) and my two 16-core boards. I'm asking because the strange thing is that even though I live in Austria, I dind't need to pay import taxes (which i'm gratefull for , taxes and shipping costs are just spoiling the fun of all those arm-boards...). Also, the box has a sticker on the side that says "Goods Do Not Meet The Requirement Of Article 9 and 10 Of The Contract For The Foundation Of The European Community."
