Literature & Example about programmable reigion (Book)

Hello, I am new to Parallella & just got a chance to experiment with the board. People mentioned a Book that maybe helpful for a start but i can't find it anywhere. Secondly can someone refer an example where they did something useful on the programmable PL region of parallella board(Microblaze for example) . Any reference to a good literature for start-up will also be appreciated too.
