The DHL Tracking number of returned parcel from Custom-house is: 9659627946

But i never got the refund of the two boards... Anybody replied to my emails in sale and support , nothing...

Don't know where to start...but let's sum up.

We sent out all boards as promised at the end of the Kickstarter campaign. We sent this individual the boards but apparently they got returned by customs?. For whatever reason, they were returned by his country's customs office. I don't know who H Houley (not anyone associated with Adapteva) but the boards never got to us. There was a small 30 day window in the summer of 2014 for insurance claims for lost packages, but at this point there is nothing we can do...
