Adapteva doesn't ship to Netherlands

it seems that the adapteva seller on amazon doesn't ship to Netherlands! May I ask why and what is the alternative?

afaik amazon only sells in usa. and are for EU. check for yourself if it's available there.

OK.
According to the RS [1], the box contains a heatsink. That means there is no 5V power adapter and the price is 109 British Pounds.
According to the DigiKey [2], the price is 158 USD but there is no information about the box content. Also, there are two part numbers for that. One is the digikey part number and the other is manufacturer part number and both can be selected. Do you know the difference?

I want to be sure that nothing important is missed....
