I'm considering purchasing a parallela supercomputer (about 1024 cores) for a research project, so I was wondering when the 64-core boards will be available. AFAICT, you're selling only the 16-core version now right?

The 64 core boards will be sold later this year, though you should probably talk to Adapteva directly since that's a large order.

The Kickstarter didn't reach its stretch goal so I think the E64 chip is only being produced in low volume samples. So 16 chips could be a lot. They will also be much more expensive than production volume chips, but hopefully an E64 board will cost less than four E16 boards.
