Parallella Community

on the front page there is a very large section of forums listed under the header "PARALLEL PROGRAMMING" but the vast majority are just language forums. my request is to move all the languages/language expansions into their own section because forums like MPI and MapReduce are easily lost in the mix. until i actually looked up what MPI was, i thought it was just another programming language/language extension.
