After we have logged in as linaro at the beginning of a session why is it necessary
to re-enter our password once the again when running certain programs and why do we need to enter
ctrl-alt-F2 when we want to run other programs?
In my experience with Centos/Redhat you enter a password as a super user only to verify
that you are about to make a change in the Linux OS. But it seems that you do not have to do that here.
As I said in the paragraph above the only time is to run certain Parallella/epiphany programs.
As help appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
