Parallela 16 Micro-Server I/O

Postby vlnguyen92 » Tue Mar 17, 2015 2:29 am

Hello, I'm trying to build a cluster like Brian Guarraci's: http://www.theverge.com/2014/6/4/577946 ... rs-for-fun. However, when I read the specifications for the $99 board, it said that it doesn't have I/O. I wonder how to you move data to the boards without I/O in a cluster setting?

I'm very new to this and would appreciate any help.

All the boards have gigabit Ethernet and it's just that the entry level board, the Microserver, doesn't have expansion connectors exposing GPIO and Epiphany Links. However, boards are typically clustered — as is the case with Brian's clusters — via Ethernet.
