Parallella Cluster Kit (October Delivery).. Status?

I ordered the Parallella cluster kit for "October Delivery" a while ago. Now obviously Oct isnt over yet, but I was just curious as to how to get status updates or anything? Ive emailed the emails listed on the website, I messaged Adapteva on FB, filled out the contact form... etc. Never got any replies from anyone though.

The order ID is 2363, which was placed on 08/19

Take that with a grain of salt though. So far, all the deadlines for the parallella have been on the optimistic side of things, i.e. if anything goes wrong, it'll probably be a while longer.
