Would it be possible to buy a Epiphany pci or pci-express daughter board for PC ?

No such board is available right now but the idea has been discussed before!

If you don't mind just Epiphany architecture, rather than than the chip then Bittware have a product. It mentions a PCI-e option but I don't know how PC compatible it is. I think it may be aimed at high end financial trading. I have no idea about availability etc.

I think best solution would be to have some general PCIe board (maybe Zynq/Spartan6 based) with connectivity to existing Parallela boards.

Closest board is probably Raggedstone (multiple versions with Xilinx and Altera). Creator of project of opensourcing some old GPU core ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/72 ... sts/663440 ) wrote about GPU board with Parallella support.
