i'm not a fan of the "octa-core" chip because it's really four normal arm cores and four tiny/slower cores.

yes, a80 could be 4-cores actually, but amd k12 A57 is 8-cores max.
if you want more cores, look at kalray's Coolidge 1024 cores max.
