Will I be able to get a 64 core board?

Postby joeish80829 » Wed May 21, 2014 10:43 pm

I read this on the Adapteva wiki:

"Raising US$3 million goal was unsuccessful, so no 64-core version of Parallella will be mass-produced."

Is this true...will I ever be able to get one

Here's hoping that the platform continues to be available, and development continues.

I consider my 4x4 node cluster a prototyping system. It is much too small to hold reasonable problem sizes. A kilonode is where things start becoming really interesting.

Yeah but that will cost $100,000, still, great the prices are so low, but I'm going to start with the gpu accelerated stuff and get a kilonone after I make my first million.
