I'm try to follow the evolution of HMC consortium to understand when a consumer product will be available. Honestly I'm not understanding so much.
In the article posted above they are talking about the xilinx IP for control of the HMC.
Is zynq 7xxx supported ?
I suppose that to use hmc you need to change the memory chip too, do anyone have thought something about ?

By reading some documentation another question is appeared : what version of zinq 7020 was used (CLG400 or CLG484) ?

May be to much advanced question for my level but this technology is developing from about 2 years so i thought that something might be quite ready.

Thanks
