Hello!

Today I decided to release my simple wrapper for the e-hal.h API written in C++. It's just a class that saves you from having to write several lines to initialize the Epiphany co-processor so I hope some of you here find it useful. In the repository I have included a simple program along with build and run files so you can see its functionality.
