Parallela 64?

Hi guys,
I just have got my parallela with Epiphany III !! I'm very happy.

Two newbie question:
1) Is the Parallela shipped without software? (so I have to buy an SD Card an download it by myself).
2) Is it available the 64-core version on the market? If yes, where can I but it?
