I haven't seen a quick start guide for the microserver

How exactly does one get to "see" the parallella then since it has no HDMI out? would I have to ssh into it via ethernet? and how complicated is that? I am not exactly a linux noob but that seems a bit out of my realm of understanding. I would like to get a parallella through the PUP program and Im assuming if I received one, it would be the cheapest one (the microserver one). It would seem fantastic to run some combinatorial simulations under the math department here for research. Also the pictures of the microserver show that it has some sort of port next to the ethernet, but the specs say it does not have an HDMI or a USB so what would that be?

Not certain you'd get Micro Server boards by default via the PUP, but Andreas or Graham could confirm.

In terms of accessing a headless board, you can do this via SSH or the UART (devicetree would need updating to enable a TTY on this).

@adexmont, the Micro USB next to the Ethernet jack is for power only and cannot be used with peripherals.
