Okay, so this weekend I tried for the first time to get my pre-order board to work. Got serial debugger set up and all, but it's not helping much.

First I tried the headless kernel and FPGA files. That gave me something about "selinux couldn't be found", at which point the boot would freeze.

Now I tried the regular kernel and FPGA files, it gets to "Uncompressing Linux... done, booting kernel" and then freezes there.

I'm just about ready to chuck the board back into the drawer and not take it out again. Any ideas?
