The CRITICAL message has been resolved and can be ignored. It was addressed but the scary message was not removed.

Try to run with cldebug,

cldebug -- clcc -c matvecmult.cl >& log.txt

If the output is too larger or inconvenient to post, send to support @ browndeertechnology.com and I will take a look and post comment on issue and include any relevant part of the log.
