Parallella Community

Hello,
I have a parallella (i bought it 2 months ago)
It was working perfectly untill one day, after plugging the DC power, the LEDs don't turn on
I did a little test to the fuse F1 and it seems that its broken
I have two question here
- From the schematic of parallella the fuse F1 is 32V DC/4 A
i dont know why it is 32V while the board is powered by 5V
- What can be the cause of this problem?
