How to extend SD bootfs partition

Postby GPrathap » Sat May 30, 2015 7:56 am

First I used 4G SD card and installed OS. Now I need to install OpenCV. So I got 16G SD card. When I mount SD card with Ubuntu 14.04 Parallella (Zynq7010) headless image, 3.5G for roofs was allocated and all rest is unallocated. How should I extends those unallocated space to rootfs.

There are a few different ways you can do this, but the easiest is probably to put the Micro SD card in another machine and use Gparted to resize the partition and grow the f/s.
