International shipment

Postby mangibu » Thu Jul 25, 2013 9:39 am

Hi

I have a question regarding shipment of the Parallella computer:
Is the international shipment (e.g. Germany) traceable and insured?

Of course I would pay the additional costs.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Best regards

Hi

A Question regarding the shipping costs.
As far as i could figure out, the Parallella Board will be shipped from USA?
Could someone provide me with approx. shipping costs to Europe (Austria)?

Is there an adapter for the power supply(here in Austria) included?

Thanks in advance!

@michael: I believe that a courier other than USPS will be used and I'd expect it to be traceable, but I'm not sure about insurance as this can add a lot to this cost. I'll see what else I can find out!

@klaus: International shipping is $20. A power supply is not included with the board-only options, but is supplied with the and , and this is a US type and would need an adapter for use elsewhere.

Regards,

Andrew

Thanks for your reply!

Just one question to confirm...

I have a mechanical adapter, but i am not sure about the input supply...
Here we have 230V 50 Hz, is the power supply you deliver capable of this?

PSU is 110-240V but with US pins - an adapter will be required, but it will work worldwide

I had used service many times to ship my computer accessories. Actually, my cousin is in Australia right now and I purchase my computer accessories right from his Australian store.
