Board to board epiphany link connector cables

Hello,

I was searching around the Adapteva shop after I ordered a Parallella 16 with the 7020 ARM CPU and noticed that the cluster item comes with these epiphany link connecters. My questions is what do these look like and can you buy them on their own in the future?
