Thanks for the feedback.

1.) We will check with the the board layout person to find out what happened with the export. (.emn)

2.) Based on Cadence allegro layout the 0,0 position is the center of the connector.

3.) I think the deviation on the two connectors is OK, but if someone feels differently please let me know? The PCB deviation spec is +/- 10mil.
