Did you read the INSTALL instructions I linked on your other question? It tells you how to install the prerequisites. To make sure the three libraries are getting installed, run the apt-get on each one separately and see that it goes through the installation process.

Hi jimmystone,

Another option is to download the source for these components and unpack in the main gcc directory. They should then build automatically from source as part of the the GCC build sequence.

I've not tried this with Epiphany, but it works for other architectures.
