SYNC, WAND, and MBKPT not listed in decode table

As the title says. They were probably forgotten when added very recently.

For anyone wondering, the encodings are:

* SYNC: 0x01f2 / 0b0000000111110010
* WAND: 0x0182 / 0b0000000110000010
* MBKPT: 0x03c2 / 0b0000001111000010

Thanks for finding this omission! It has been fixed and will be in the next release of the arch ref manual.
