Hi Andreas,
here my comments:
- page 2: a temperature sensor connected to the Zynq diode would be nice. Do you have a diode in the epiphany?
- page 2: the HDMI clock is a buffered version of the 24MHz, but it is named HDMI_12M_CES_CLK. I'm sure the HDMI chip will cope with 24M, but the correct name may save some headache! It's a pity the HDMI chip datasheet is under NDA.
- page 3: no resistor on the SPI clock? A note about the serial port not available if the SPI clock > 40 MHz might be useful.
- page 5: AVDD_33 (pin 31) is connected to 1.8V. The datasheet is under NDA so I can't check. Add a note on the schematic if it is supposed to be like this.
- page 13: is there a particular reason why no bulk capacitor (100uF or so) is used for the epiphany?

Speaking of the HDMI, I can't help but be a bit dissapointed that 4:4:4 video modes are not possible with this transmitter wiring ...
