Pre-shipping email?

I never received a "pre-shipping" email. Not in my junk mail either.

Was that sent out to all kickstarter backers? Or only to backers with early shipping boards?

I'm just a regular backer about halfway along the queue. I got my email about a month ago, directly to my email address, not via kickstarter.

I didn't think I'd received one as well, but if you are using Gmail, I found it under the Tab called "Promotions"
so have a look for it there. Or as the other poster said email support.

I didn't receive a mail either - not even a transfer try with @adapteva sender on my MX server.
Did send a mail to support.
Thank you for reminding about this mail, which I didn't miss so far, although it was announced in an update mail via kickstarter.
