Thanks for the heads up. We will try to find another provider as soon as we get through the major task of getting the board into production and shipping 8.5K units.

It's not really major but it would be nice if the image files were a more typical gnu/linux format like bzip2, gzip or lzma (xz). In addition to the pkzip format if necessary for users of other operating systems.
