I cancelled the order and refunded your money on May 13. As I have said to you, it can take around 5 business days for your bank to process the refund and post it to your credit card account.

Hi again, another week is quite gone after this Pre-order shipment update.
380 board notification shipment on a 4000 order (my estimation) it's a good news, but let the imagination fly

What does it means ?

I think that now you are up and running on production ... is it true ?
If yes ... what is the real production capability pieces / week ?
I remember something like 1000 board / week do i remember wrong ?

Can i hope to receive at least a shipping notification in about 2 week ?
(i hate people like renzie that tell what people want to hear so please even if it hurts me tell me the crude truth)

even if i believe that i'll be not able to do so much with my board, id like to put my hand on it and support your idea in the better way i can, but you need to clarify your situation.

What is happening inside the production structure ?

It's a bad thing to do but if i look at your KS profile i can see that you were aiming to a certain amount of money and you receive some more, i can understand that's not so simple to use that money but that make me think that you have underestimate the cost of the process to commercialize your product, so honestly i'm not understanding what is going on. (by my side i gave my money in your hands not to kikstarter, i know that money can pay your coffee for about a week, but that money for my pockets are a big step, i don't want that money back i just want to know what is going on, so please let me know something.)

Looking forward to receive my board early than a year waiting time, hope to get it in less than 2 month, don't know what to think.

I don't want to critic what you are doing i just want to know, you are posting very encouraging post about developing new chip but looks like the old one that i bought is still have some little problem... that make me writing this post.
